Thank you for connecting with us. Because of the natural ingredients, the lack of artificial preservatives and the settling in the production process and the settling of the Shea Butter, sometimes little "crystals" can form. Basically, Shea Butter is composed of varying degrees of fat content. The Shea Butter needs to be warmed to be poured into the containers and while it cools and hardens, depending on the temperature of the mixture and the temperature of the various fat contents, sometimes the mixture can cool unevenly and when some particles cool faster than others, little Crystals of Shea Butter form. This is very common in natural products especially unrefined natural products. One possible solution would be to very tightly close your Infused Butter, Submerge it in near boiling water for 5 minutes then immediately put it into the refrigerator until it solidifies. Please be advised however that there is absolutely nothing wrong with your infused butter. This is very common with Cocoa, Shea and other natural butters.
