I just bought the African Black Soap at PCC Market in Issaquah Washington and noticed that the ingredients are different. Can you send me the ingredients for the bar of soap and not the smoothie.  If you have changed the ingredients pls let me know.

Asked by: quiche
Hi Quiche, Thank you for reaching out to us. What has changed is our label… not the performance or benefit of the products themselves. We are in the process of updating our labels and our website to be INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) compliant which changes the ingredient list to items that may sound scary. In order to be considered for third party certifications and programs, for example being able to label our soaps Rainforest Alliance certified or RSPO certified, we have to comply with INCI. A byproduct of this change is the elimination of the origin and common names of our ingredients. A few examples, where we used to be able to label Tea Tree Oil as Tea Tree oil, we now list Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil. In the case of Sweet Birch Oil, INCI compliance requires Sweet Birch Oil be listed as Methyl Salicylate. Sincerely, Taylor
